Physical Measurement (At Rally Site)
Physical measuremenls will be carried out as per the Physical standards listed at Paru2 above
MEDICAL TEST
(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site.
(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should
present themselves to the nominated MH with in 14 days of the referral and report back to RO (HO) for issued of Admit
Card for CEE in case declared FIT
WRITTEN TEST THROUGH COMMO N ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (CEEI
(a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, Date and time of written test will be
intimated through Admit Cards.
(b) Admit card for the CEE ,or the Rally lit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itseli

(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records ofiice only duly signed by Records Officer with
Personal number, Rank, Name and particulars of the Records officer issuing the Relation certilicate with office
seal/ slamp is endorsed.
(iD A declaration to the affect as mentioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp
paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 'l"tclass/ Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by
the candidates at rally site The ESM will mention particular of all sons including name, dat of birth and therr
employmenUoccupation in the affidavit and declare that" I am wilhng to avail SOEX benefits for only one son
name_, whose Date of Birth is _ I have not availed SOS/SOEX benefits for another son earlier, if my
statements is found fake /wrong at later state, legal action can be rnihated against me besides candidature of my
son will be cancelled by the military authority. I Shall never challenge for the same in the Hon'ble Court of Law'
(iiD Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced Name and date oI birth of the candidale must
have been recorded in it
(k) NCC Certificate NCC AJB/C certiflcates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photographs of the
candrdate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if

o Sports Certificate
(i) Sportsmen who have represented lndia at lnternational level and State at National levelwithin the last
two years. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to
www.ioinindianarmy.nic.in website

(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at district
level with 1"'/2"" position within last two years. Sports certiflcate should be with registration number and from
Govt recognized sports institutes/bodies as under :-
(aa) All Sr/Jr National Championship Certiflcates - Respective National Federation.
(ab) All State & Distt level certilicates - Respective State Sports Association
(ac) All University level certificates - lnter University Sports Board
(ad) All school level certiflcales - All lndia School Games Federation.
(m) Affidavit. Should be downloaded from individual user lD created on www.ioinindianarmv.nic.in and duly
signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial stamp paper and attested by notary. Same should be submitted alongwith
documents at rally site.
(n) AADHAR Card. Aadhar Card is mandatory document for the rally purpose
(o) Candidate below the age of 18 years should bring the cerlificate duly signed by the parents/guardians and
attested by village Sarpanch, stating that the "l am sending my son name _ date of birth _ for recruitment in
Army on my own interest and there is no objection on him joining the Army. I shall not ask for any compensation
due to any injury/illness sustained by my son during scr€ening".

Mool Niwas Praman Patra/Jati Praman Patra is required as per Govt of Rajasthan website (E-Mitra).
6 Special lnstructions
(a) Candidates are allowed to take part in only one category during the recruitment rally
(b) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to
claim for recruitment in the Army just by passing in the recruitment process.
(c) lf any candidate requires correclion due to wrong entry data on the web site, he may report to Recruiting Office
(HQ), Jaipur (Raj) on working days between 0900 hrs to 1400hrs alongwith all original documents
(d) Candidates/Father/Mother/Relalive of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hold
lndian GoWlndian Army responsible for any injury, death, disease or disability suffered during the various physical tests
undergone by the candidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests in their own
interest and risk.
(S) lviatric certificate, Domicile (N,4ool Niwas) Certificate, c€ste certificate, police verification certificate, affidavit as per
given format and Aadhar card as per admit card are mandalory during lhe documentation. Candidate failing to produce
the same will be rejected at rally site itself.
7. lmoortant lnstructions
(a) Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since
recruitment is a time consuming process.
(b) Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated
online through the ofilcial website www.jornindianarmy nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to
Civil Police.
(c) Recruitment into the army is a free service Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to any one for recruitment
as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent.
Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as lhey cannot help them at any stage.
(d) Candidates are advised to check their age I education criteria berore participating in the rally. Candidates found
under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.
(e) Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus / fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal
office and liable for punishment under law.
(e) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates are liable for rejection
(f) ln case of any clarification at rally site, approach the 'Grievance Cell'.

Dart in the Rallv/selection process. All candidates are advised to carry all documents in oriqinal in their own
interest. No representations will be accepted durinq rallv. No candidate once admitted. will be allowed to
leave the rallv site to brinq the documents
(j) No compensation for Death / injury / loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance / dearness allowance for
journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely
voluntary.
(k) Use of Performance Enhancinq Druqs Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is slrictly banned
Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.
(l) Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to
the wrist and on the reveEe side of palm / back (do6al) side of hand. Permanent bodv tattoos on anv other part
of the bodv are not acceotable and candidates are likelv to be REJECTED for further selection.
(m) lf 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and
unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.
(n) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training
(t) Disclaimer. The terms and conditions, given in the notilication and on the website are subject to change and
should, therefore, be treated as guidelines only. ln case of any ambiguity, the existing policies, rules and regulations of
lndian Army / covernment of lndia will be final. Details are also available on website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
(o) lvobile phones, smart watches and any other recording devices are not permitted in the rally site.
(p) Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially
with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements All are advised to ensure that their ears are
free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally
(q) Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make
arrangements for stay under their own arrangements
(0 Negative marking would be applicable in CEE.

0) Relation Certificate. SOS / SOEX-/ SOw/ SOV\M candidates are required to produce the following
documents:-
(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records ofiice only duly signed by Records Officer with
Personal number, Rank, Name and particulars of the Records officer issuing the Relation certilicate with office
seal/ slamp is endorsed.
(iD A declaration to the affect as mentioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp
paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 'l"tclass/ Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by
the candidates at rally site The ESM will mention particular of all sons including name, dat of birth and therr
employmenUoccupation in the affidavit and declare that" I am wilhng to avail SOEX benefits for only one son
name_, whose Date of Birth is _ I have not availed SOS/SOEX benefits for another son earlier, if my
statements is found fake /wrong at later state, legal action can be rnihated against me besides candidature of my
son will be cancelled by the military authority. I Shall never challenge for the same in the Hon'ble Court of Law'
(iiD Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced Name and date oI birth of the candidale must
have been recorded in it
(k) NCC Certificate NCC AJB/C certiflcates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photographs of the
candrdate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if

o Sports Certificate
(i) Sportsmen who have represented lndia at lnternational level and State at National levelwithin the last
two years. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to
www.ioinindianarmy.nic.in website

(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at district
level with 1"'/2"" position within last two years. Sports certiflcate should be with registration number and from
Govt recognized sports institutes/bodies as under :-
(aa) All Sr/Jr National Championship Certiflcates - Respective National Federation.
(ab) All State & Distt level certilicates - Respective State Sports Association
(ac) All University level certificates - lnter University Sports Board
(ad) All school level certiflcales - All lndia School Games Federation.
(m) Affidavit. Should be downloaded from individual user lD created on www.ioinindianarmv.nic.in and duly
signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial stamp paper and attested by notary. Same should be submitted alongwith
documents at rally site.
(n) AADHAR Card. Aadhar Card is mandatory document for the rally purpose
(o) Candidate below the age of 18 years should bring the cerlificate duly signed by the parents/guardians and
attested by village Sarpanch, stating that the "l am sending my son name _ date of birth _ for recruitment in
Army on my own interest and there is no objection on him joining the Army. I shall not ask for any compensation
due to any injury/illness sustained by my son during scr€ening".
Special lnstructions (Peculiar to Rtg Zone if any) (Example)
Mool Niwas Praman Patra/Jati Praman Patra is required as per Govt of Rajasthan website (E-Mitra).
6 Special lnstructions
(a) Candidates are allowed to take part in only one category during the recruitment rally
(b) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to
claim for recruitment in the Army just by passing in the recruitment process.
(c) lf any candidate requires correclion due to wrong entry data on the web site, he may report to Recruiting Office
(HQ), Jaipur (Raj) on working days between 0900 hrs to 1400hrs alongwith all original documents
(d) Candidates/Father/Mother/Relalive of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hold
lndian GoWlndian Army responsible for any injury, death, disease or disability suffered during the various physical tests
undergone by the candidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests in their own
interest and risk.
(S) lviatric certificate, Domicile (N,4ool Niwas) Certificate, c€ste certificate, police verification certificate, affidavit as per
given format and Aadhar card as per admit card are mandalory during lhe documentation. Candidate failing to produce
the same will be rejected at rally site itself.
7. lmoortant lnstructions
(a) Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since
recruitment is a time consuming process.
(b) Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated
online through the ofilcial website www.jornindianarmy nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to
Civil Police.
(c) Recruitment into the army is a free service Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to any one for recruitment
as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent.
Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as lhey cannot help them at any stage.
(d) Candidates are advised to check their age I education criteria berore participating in the rally. Candidates found
under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.
(e) Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus / fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal
office and liable for punishment under law.
(e) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates are liable for rejection
(f) ln case of any clarification at rally site, approach the 'Grievance Cell'.

Dart in the Rallv/selection process. All candidates are advised to carry all documents in oriqinal in their own
interest. No representations will be accepted durinq rallv. No candidate once admitted. will be allowed to
leave the rallv site to brinq the documents
(j) No compensation for Death / injury / loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance / dearness allowance for
journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely
voluntary.
(k) Use of Performance Enhancinq Druqs Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is slrictly banned
Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.
(l) Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to
the wrist and on the reveEe side of palm / back (do6al) side of hand. Permanent bodv tattoos on anv other part
of the bodv are not acceotable and candidates are likelv to be REJECTED for further selection.
(m) lf 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and
unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.
(n) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training
(t) Disclaimer. The terms and conditions, given in the notilication and on the website are subject to change and
should, therefore, be treated as guidelines only. ln case of any ambiguity, the existing policies, rules and regulations of

(o) lvobile phones, smart watches and any other recording devices are not permitted in the rally site.
(p) Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially
with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements All are advised to ensure that their ears are
free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally
(q) Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make
arrangements for stay under their own arrangements
