Hino and Honda to make additional investment in MONET at the same time

MONET Technologies Inc. ("MONET") today announced that it concluded capital and trade partnership agreement with Isuzu Motors Limited ("Isuzu"), Suzuki Motor Corporation ("Suzuki"), Subaru Corporation ("Subaru"), Daihatsu Motor Company. , Ltd. ("Daihatsu") and Mazda Motor Corporation ("Mazda"), respectively. Isuzu, Suzuki, Subaru, Daihatsu and Mazda are planning to invest in MONET till August 2019 and get around 2% of its shares.

Simultaneously, Hino Motors, Ltd. ("Hino") and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. ("Honda") plans to make additional investment in MONET and maintain its respective ownership of around 10%.

MONET Technologies Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, Junichi Miyakawa commented on the partnership:
